When I found out that former mayor, Rudy Giuliani, was running for president, I wasn’t surprised. This was in part due to the favorable response he received from Americans immediately following the 9/11 attacks. I was surprised by the fact that he wasn’t ashamed to expose his hypocrisy. We’re all human, but some of his actions are clearly inexcusable, and they should be challenged just like the other candidates.

I know that articles like these usually have more of an agenda behind them than merely informing the public, but it’s worth the lengthy read.

UPDATE: 1/30/08 – Giuliani drops out of the race after receiving 13% of the vote in the Florida primary. Endorses McCain proclaiming him as a hero the country needs. McCain of course returns the compliment with a 9/11 shout out to Giuliani. How sweet:)
